Description of problem:

"Required sources failed when trying to create the workspace: 404 Not Found Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server." warning in DS 3.5.0 Dashboard.
The reason: there was no che-code editor devfile.yaml in plugin registry.

Steps to Reproduce

1. install DS 3.5.0.ER using iib image for "devspaces-operator-bundle:3.5-117": brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:427105
2. Open Dashboard

Actual results:

There was "Required sources failed when trying to create the workspace: 404 Not Found Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server." warning in DS 3.5.0 Dashboard:

https://devspaces.apps.ocp410-next-ds.crw-qe.com/plugin-registry/v3/plugins/che-incubator/che-code/insiders/devfile.yaml returned "404 Not Found" status code

Expected results:

There is no such warning.
