      DS Dashboard doesn't show deprecation of Che-Theia IDE warning after upgrade from 3.3.0 to DS 3.4.0.RC-02-03

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install DS 3.3.0
      2. Upgrade it to DS 3.4.0
      3. Open Dev Spaces Dashboard

      Actual results:

      There is no deprecation of Che-Theia IDE warning at the top of Dashboard

      Expected results:

      There is no deprecation of Che-Theia IDE warning at the top of Dashboard
