NodeJS devfiles cannot attach debug breakpoint

Description of problem:

NodeJS devfile samples cannot attach debug breakpoints

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Installed and working deployment of DS 3.4.0
NodeJS based application running in debug mode
Debugger successfully attached to the process

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a NodeJS Express devfile sample
2. Press F1 and type 'Run Task'
3. Execute che/build and che/Run the Web App (debugging enabled)
4. Open debugging tab and execute the debugger
5. open app/app.js and try to enable a breakpoint

Actual results:

Breakpoint does not bind

Expected results:

Breakpoint is bound successfully and upon opening the app endpoint, the breakpoint triggers correctly
