Support `dsc` on on M1 mac (darwin-arm64)

      With this update, the `dsc` binary is available for users with a Mac on 64-bit ARM processors such as Apple M1 to connect to an OpenShift instance and deploy or administer {prod-short}.

      Today we build for darwin-x64, but not arm64.

      If there is a customer need, we could try updating these files:
