It's not possible to upgrade Dev Spaces 3.1.0 to 3.3.0 deployed to OCP 4.12

There is Dev Spaces 3.1.0 available as a latest in OCP 4.12 operator list in public Red Hat operators catalog source.

At the same time it was decided not to release Dev Spaces 3.2.0 for OCP 4.12.

As a result, it will not be possible to upgrade DS 3.1.0 > DS 3.3.0 if someone installs DS 3.1.0 on OCP 4.12 BEFORE release of DS 3.3.0.

Target audience:

• DS 3.1.0 installed on OCP 4.12;
• DS 3.1.0 installed on OCP 4.11, which, in turn, has been upgraded to OCP 4.12.

For the record: DS 3.1.0 has been installed successfully with DWO 0.16.0 by default on OCP 4.12.0.rc1, and jboss-eap-quickstarts workspace has started successfully in it:
