[RN] Advance notice about deprecation of Che-Theia IDE in 3.3 RN

      = Planned deprecation of the Eclipse Theia editor in {prod-short}

      In the next release, {prod-short} 3.4, the Eclipse Theia editor will be deprecated and its extensions will no longer be maintained. Eclipse Theia will be removed in a later release of {prod-short}. Red Hat will no longer provide bug fixes and support for Eclipse Theia in {prod-short} but will provide security fixes until its removal from {prod-short}. Although your users can continue to link:https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.3/html-single/user_guide/index#selecting-an-ide[optionally use Eclipse Theia] until its removal, you must prepare to migrate your users to link:https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode[Visual Studio Code - Open Source], which is link:https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.3/html-single/release_notes_and_known_issues/index#issue-CRW-3420[introduced as the new default editor] with air gap support in {prod-short} 3.3.
