crwjen-2.s390: clean up disk usage / regular hard reboots for permanent builder nodes

      Builds are failing on crwjen-2.s390 due to insufficient space, so I've taken it offline from Jenkins until I can figure out what's chewing up the disk.

      [root@worker-0 hudson]# df -h /
Filesystem                 Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/system-rootfs  108G   91G   13G  88% /

      this is about 50G more usage than on crwjen-1.s390, which has:

      Can collect the biggest files with:

      du -a / | sort -r -n | tee /tmp/dua_sorted.txt
