CodeReady Workspaces users may need to recover their Enterprise IDE environment after some disaster has occurred. Please provide processes to allow users to re-install CRW, making use of data persisted by the previous version (in Persistent Volumes).

The user may still have data persisted in the project's PV. This PV could be attached as part of the re-install process, so we don't start over with empty storage.
