?new parameter results in stuck workspace

    Description

      Actual behaviour:

       

      Using following URL to create workspace:

      https://devspace-url/#https://github.com/agiertli/dev-spaces-test.git?new

       

      Results in no workspace getting created. Instead, it gets stuck at "Applying devfile":

       

       

      Unfortunately there does not seem to be any relevant logs or ocp events we could share.

       

      Expected behaviour:

       

      ?new is documented parameter so the expectation is that it will result into new workspace created.
