Dev Spaces (version 3.2) and IntelliJ IDEA.

Description:

The following are issues reported with IntelliJ IDEA:

1. Commands do not work - it fails with "connection refused" error. Please check the attached "command-failure.png" file for more details.
2. The project has no SDK/JDK setup. (Refer "project-jdk-missing.png" image for more information). The expected behavior is that the default JDK (the one on the PATH) will be set.
3. The IDEA runs in an idea-rhel8 container. If you open a new terminal, it also runs in the idea-rhel8 container. The expected behavior is that "tools" container will be created to run the terminal. The trouble with the idea-rhel8 container is that it is not set up to function well with java, see:

Issue #3 looks similar to the one described in JIRA but this time it's specific to IntelliJ IDEA
