Due to failures when job-configurator runs on bastion nodes such as https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/computer/ghatwala-fd411-nex-osa21-bastion-0/ ...

      https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/job-configurator/1797/console
      https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/job-configurator/1798/console

... I'd like to suggest we add a list of compatible labels to use for the job, plus a notification to select people when the job fails:

        globalNodeProperties:
          - envVars:
              env:
                - key: JOB_CONFIGURATOR_MAIL_RECIPIENTS
value: "dnochevn@redhat.com nboldt@redhat.com" # List of space separated addresses to be mailed when job-configurator fails
                - key: JOB_CONFIGURATOR_LABEL
value: "master||x86_64-rhel8||s390x-rhel8||ppc64le-rhel8||rhel83||rhel7" # Label where job-configurator should be run
