      This enhancement updates the options for the `dsc server:delete` link:https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.3/html-single/administration_guide/index#uninstalling-devspaces[CLI command]:

      * The `--delete-all` option removes the {prod-short} Operator and the related resources.

      * The `--delete-namespace` option removes the {prod-short} namespace.

      "openshift-devspaces" namespace could have important secrets and configMaps, which should be persisted.

      There is "dsc server:delete --delete-all" command which removes "openshift-devspaces" namespace,  and there is no way to prevent it.

      As a solution, 'dsc server:delete --no-delete-namespace' flag could be introduced to keep existed DS namespace on the cluster.
