That is expected that project with changes will be cloned. In example from `Steps to reproduce` it should be `https://github.com/benoitf/che-plugin-registry/tree/CHE-20505b`.

But for DS 3.2.0.RC-10-14 it clones project in which PR was created with default branch(https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-plugin-registry).
