When a workspace that uses UDI and VS Code is started a user sees the following error message in the terminal:
bash: /home/user/.bashrc: No such file or directory
Although UDI entrypoint.sh should create the .bashrc, VS Code entrypoint-volume.sh is executed instead.
Upstream bashrc is pre-created at image build and we should probably do that downstream too.
Workspaces using IntelliJ and Theia are not affected.
