UI allows user to attempt to change storage type, which fails

If the user examines a running workspace, a 'pencil' icon is shown which allows edit.
The user is given the chance to change from 'Persistent' storage to 'Ephemeral'.
If this path is taken, the user is immediately thrown out of the UI and has to log back in. The storage type remains unchanged.
