The UDI image includes odo, which we fetch from https://developers.redhat.com/content-gateway/file/pub/openshift-v4/clients/odo/ and then commit to pkgs.devel.

We should switch to adding a fetch-artifacts-url.yaml file to the mid and downstream repos, per the docs

and simply reuse the binaries. We can attach GH sources too, if possible.
