Add missing recommended extensions to .vscode/extensions.json

We have to extend the list of recommended plugins in .vscode/extensions.json file in the sample's repository.

We need that because not all expected plugins will be recommended to install in VS Code editor. For more details check the upstream issue: https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21644
