"defaultEditor" option in CheCluster is ignored

      1. Deploy DevSpaces operator 3.1.0
      2. Create a new CheCluster instance with the CRD linked above.
      3. Launch any default dev space - it will be using Theia IDE instead of VSCode.

      Currently, it seems the "defaultEditor" setting is not being respected.  When creating a new CheCluster I am attempting to set VSCode as the default editor.  However, the default continues to be Theia.
