This should return a value of "latest", not "next" for 3.2:

$ ./getLatestImageTags.sh -b devspaces-3.2-rhel-8 --quay -c devspaces/iib -o "v4.10"
quay.io/devspaces/iib:next-v4.10

Need to investigate what's happening and why we're getting next = 3.2 when we're moved to next = 3.3 (and latest = 3.2).
