[KI] Dependency Analytics plugin 0.3.6 does not work from Theia file tree

      Currently, the link:https://open-vsx.org/extension/redhat/fabric8-analytics[Dependency Analytics 0.3.6] plug-in does not generate a report when initially triggered from the Che-Theia editor file tree view. You can trigger the Dependency Analytics reports from the Che-Theia editor file tree view only after applying the workaround in the workspace. Other supported editors are not affected.

      . Type `Dependency Analytics Report` into the search field and press kbd:[Enter].

      For both Che and Dev Spaces, we need a KI that explains that the Theia editor won't run the Dep Analytics plugin from the file tree on first start; but you can run the command instead, and after that the file tree trigger should also work.
      The command is provided by Dependency Analytics plugin. It could be executed by calling commands palete (F1) and finding it by name Dependency Analytics Report ...
