Make it possible to test DS 3.0.1.RCs in test pipelines of CRW Jenkins

CRW Jenkins test pipelines should be able to install and test DS 3.0.1.RCs in there.

Set of versions to support:

• DS 3.0.0 - on production
• DS 3.0.1 - latest bug fix version for production (previous DS build channel)
• DS 3.1.0 - latest minor version (latest DS build channel)
• DS 3.2.0 - next minor version (next DS build channel)
