Dashboard does not redirect to IDE automatically during startup (refresh is required)

Steps to reproduce

Start a DevWorkspace
Wait till logs contain the link to IDE
ERROR: redirect to IDE does not happen automatically
WORKARONUD: refresh the page

Expected behavior

Dashboard automatically redirects to IDE automatically during startup
