`dependency-analytics` plugin doesn't work for Python devfile on IBM Z

      `dependency-analytics` plugin doesn't work on DS 3.1.0 for python devfile on IBM Z. Tested on both OCP 4.10 and 4.11 and using google chrome and firefox browser.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a workspace from Python devfile.
      2. Install 'dependency analytics' plugin.

      3. Create `requirements.txt` file in imported project.
      4. Start `dependency-analytics` from context menu of requirements.txt file.
