As part of the Cachito migration a lot of the function of get-sources is rendered irrelevant. In order to avoid breaking the builds or adding too many layers of logic to the jenkinsfiles I've just been making the calls to get-sources do nothing for the scripts I have converted.

Once the migration is complete these should be cleaned up/cleared out.

They could be repurposed to general/local build scripts or just removed completely, will decide when we get there depending on what we need.
