imagepuller is a golang build that today, bootstraps its brew build by prebuilding the go sources/dependencies via https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-images/blob/devspaces-3-rhel-8/devspaces-imagepuller/bootstrap.Dockerfile

So we would switch to cachito per the docs:
