configbump is a golang build that today, bootstraps its brew build by prebuilding the go sources/dependencies via https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-images/blob/devspaces-3-rhel-8/devspaces-configbump/build/dockerfiles/rhel.Dockerfile.extract.assets.sh and pushes them to GH here:
https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-images/releases/tag/3.0.0-configbump-assets
So we would switch to cachito per the docs:
