Test scenario:
1. Deploy DS 3.1.0 to OCP 4.10 on PSI OSP behind RH VPN using next metadata:

• brew.registry.redhat.com/rh-osbs/devspaces-operator-bundle:3.1-148
• brew.registry.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:267571

DWO: 0.14.1

2. Go to Dashboard GUI > Create Workspace page and create workspace using factory url https://github.com/devspaces-samples/quarkus-quickstarts/tree/devspaces-3.1-rhel-8

Expected result:
workspace has been successfully created and started

Actual wrong result:
workspace failed to create because of error:

Failed to resolve a devfile. Failed to request factory resolver: {"message":"Error occurred during file content retrieval.Cause: Unsupported OAuth provider github: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/devspaces-samples/quarkus-quickstarts/devspaces-3.1-rhel-8/.che/che-theia-plugins.yaml"}

The issue has been reproduced on DS 3.2.0 instance:
