Check if CRW 1.2 can be updated to 2.0 via deploy.sh / chectl script in support of:

• OKD 3.11
• OCP 3.11
• OSD 3.11 - we don't have instance with cluster admin right
• OCP 4.2
• OCP 4.1

Workspaces will need to be RECREATED.

We will not provide any migration tool.

Will will provide DOCS explaining how to migrate CRW 1.2 workspaces to new CRW devfile format:

• create new CRW 2 workspace
• import projects to new workspace
