Factory link redirects to Dashboard, not to start workspace page

DS 3.0.0.ER-04-27 redirects https://devspaces-openshift-workspaces.apps.ocp410-dnochev.crw-qe.com/dashboard/#/https://github.com/crw-samples/demo.git to https://devspaces-openshift-workspaces.apps.ocp410-dnochev.crw-qe.com/dashboard/#/ , not starting workspace from factory link.

Test environment:

• OCP 4.10
• Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.88

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install DS 3.0.0.ER-04-27 on OCP 4.10 using iib image brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:221648
2. Go to factory link: <dashboard-url>#/https://github.com/crw-samples/demo.git

Actual wrong result:
Dev Spaces redirected to dashboard URL <dashboard-url>#/

Expected result:
Dev Spaces opens start workspace page from https://github.com/crw-samples/demo.git repo

"Import from Git / Create & Open" flow doesn't work anymore either.
