As requested in CRW-2241, it would be good OperatorHub cleanliness to remove:

• the old / deprecated tech preview operator-bundle `codeready-workspaces2` and
• the GA'd `codeready-workspaces`

... from the OCP 4.11 indexes.

This means in OCP 4.11 indexes, we will only have:

• dev spaces 3.0 / operator-bundle / "devspaces" bundle / "stable" channel

To achieve this, I've opened CLOUDDST-13780.

For OCP 4.10, in order to support migration from 2.15.z and 2.15.10z to 3.0, we need to have all three operators in the 4.10 index.
