This issue blocks the GA release of 2.15.1 and 2.15.101 due to Freshmaker cruft appearing in the stage repo.

I suspect the fix is to add olm.skipRange to the CSVs, and to bump the versions to .2 and .102 to ensure we're a version greater than the freshmaker bits.
