Add CRW 2.15.2 to OCP 4.10 index

      As 2.16 is delayed, it makes sense to provide CRW 2.15.1 to the OCP 4.10 index, so customers can update from 4.8 EUS or 4.9 to the new 4.10 EUS when it's live in early March.

      This will revert the change from CLOUDDST-11685, where we specifically removed CRW 2.15.0 from the OCP 4.10 index, so that it would not be present at the same time as 2.16.
