3. I then installed the 2.15.101 operator from the tech preview catalog source, installed an instance of CRW using defaults, and waited ~5 mins for deployment to complete.

4. I loaded up the Quarkus devfile (v2) into https://codeready-openshift-operators.apps.cluster-5z4kr.5z4kr.sandbox218.opentlc.com/workspace81b1ea145dda4944/theia-ide/3100/#/projects/che.theia-workspace and after several minutes it's still stuck with this error:
