Users will sometimes try to install CRW in an environment where the OpenShift cluster has a default StorageClass that uses options that don't agree with CRW [1].

In such a scenario, CRW cannot be installed. The storage class used (the default StorageClass) will prevent successful installation.

Please provide a remedy. As an example, if we allow the CRW installer to specify which StorageClass to be used [2], the default StorageClass could be avoided and a more 'friendly' StorageClass used instead.
