In the latest Che-IDEA, we've implemented an important new feature:

• Support running the Devfile commands as a Run Configuration https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21029

In order to deliver it to CRW, we need to do several preparatory works, like:

• rework the CRW-IDEA image to be UDI-based;
• update the UDI image with required components;
• adapt CRW-IDEA image to include the plug-ins.

Also, there're several UX improvements that will come to CRW-IDEA from the upstream, e.g.:

• Trust the sources in PROJECTS_ROOT, by default https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21110
• Use PROJECT_SOURCE as the default working directory for Run Configuration https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21100
• Don't show to the user the privacy policy on each IDEA loading https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21116
