Failed to run the workspace with Openshift connector plugin in OCP 3.11 environment

      1. Login to the codeready workspaces url : https://codeready-install-crw-using-crwctl.apps.ocp311.crw-qe.com/
      2. Click on Create workspace
      3. Apply the devfile as mentioned in the description

      Expected:
      Workspace should be loaded

      Actual:
      Workspace is not getting loaded. failing with session error

      Note: working fine on 4.9 cluster
