Branding elements for RHOSDS 3.0

Issue is to collect all the branding elements in CRW 2.x so we can see what we'll need to change in DS 3.0

Ideally, we would get:

• icon in various sizes for use in browser tab (favicon), OperatorHub tile icon, loading animation, and to be paired with logotype (see examples below)
• logotype for use in page titles, dialog windows, welcome pages, documentation

If we can't get an icon, we can fall back to using the OpenShift, Red Hat, or "no logo" icons (with the approval of Brand, Marketing, and Program), but a logotype is required.

Deadline for logotypes & icons: March 16 (upstream content/feature freeze for CRW 2.16)
