Consider UBI 8 based images of third-party components by default

      There are RHEL 7 based images of third-party components by default https://github.com/eclipse/che-operator/blob/master/pkg/deploy/defaults.go#L33:

      	DefaultPvcJobsImage             = "registry.access.redhat.com/rhel7-minimal:7.6-253"
	DefaultPostgresImage            = "registry.access.redhat.com/rhscl/postgresql-96-rhel7:1-40"
	DefaultKeycloakImage            = "registry.access.redhat.com/redhat-sso-7/sso72-openshift:1.4-5"

      We might consider usage of UBI 8 (RHEL 8) based images for CRW 1.2.
