Component types are not getting loaded in disconnected cluster

      1. Login to the CodeReady workspaces
      2. Create the workspace with openshift connector plugin component
      3. select the openshift connector icon
      4. login to the cluster with appropriate credentials
      5. Enter the command "OpenShift: New component from local folder"
      6. Enter the Application name as "nodejs-app"
      7. Select the context folder as "Add new context folder to workspace"
      8. Select the / in "open" dialog and click projects folder
      9. click "Add context folder for component in workspace" button
      10. provide the component name as "component-node-js"

      Expected: available component types are loaded

      Actual: Error message displayed as "Cannot read property 'tags' of null"

      While creating component in disconnected cluster, component types are not getting loaded. instead throwing error as "Cannot read property 'tags' of null"
