= Support for Fuse devfiles on IBM Z and IBM Power

With this update, Red Hat Fuse can be used in Red Hat OpenShift Dev Spaces on IBM Z and IBM Power.

The sample project and its associated devfile for Red Hat Fuse have been updated to work with Java 11 and can now be used on all supported architectures.

Identified technical task:

The current example is on Fuse 7.7.
The base example from which the crw-sample was forked (and not updated) is still on 7.9. The task to update it is https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTESB-17454

Note: upgrading to Fuse 7.10 will allow to use Java 11 https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-2591 (maybe it is even required for IBM Z and P support?)
