Failed to deploy new component to openshift 3.11 cluster using the Openshift Connector plugin

= OpenShift Connector no longer supports {ocp} 3.11 {prod-short} includes a version of OpenShift Connector that doesn't support {ocp} 3.11. To use the OpenShift Connector inside {prod-short}, consider one of the following options: * Keep {ocp} 3.11 and {prod-short} 2.12. * Upgrade to {ocp} {ocp-ver} and {prod-short} {prod-ver}. {ocp} 3.11 will become deprecated in June 2022, and will no longer be supported by {prod-short} after that date.
