After creating a workspace it is open and it is not stooped after a timeout. It is possible to spin and run next workspace at the same time with the default configuration even the fact the docs is saying that only one workspace can run at the same time by default.

CRW (with devworkspace enabled from the v2.12.100 tech preview operator) fails to spin down user workspace. Expecting CRW to consistently spin down user workspace after inactivity timeout.

Additionally it is possible to run more then one workspace at the same time by default. Even the fact that in docs is written: "By default, it is possible to run only one workspace at a time."
