Can't open OpenShift console sample in CRW.

It's caused by a fact that OpenShift console are devfile v2 based, while CRW is devfile v1.

Followup issues:

Upstream issue for Openshift Console: Bug 2025592 - ODC 4.9 supports invalid devfiles only
devfile v2 commands don't work after conversion to devfile v1: ~~CRW-2492~~
Conversion from devfile v2 to devfile v1 had left workspace containers without source code: ~~CRW-2493~~
Devfiles in the OpenShift Dev Console samples are invalid: https://github.com/devfile/api/issues/666
