      CRW 2.12.0 failed to install from OperatorHub using "latest" channel of Catalog Source based on codeready-workspaces-operator-bundle-container-2.12-55/56 and brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib-pub-pending:v4.8

      Operator container couldn't be deployed
