Simple php and cake php workspace shows wrong error highlighting

      1. Login to CRW 2.12 dashborad
      2. Create cake-php/ simple php workspace
      3. Open the .php file from the explorer tab, wait for php activation (INTELEPHENSE)
      4. Php file shows wrong error highlighting

      Simple php and cake php workspace shows error highlighting after workspace has started. Workspace starts as expected. Install dependency, Index workspace , Run application all the commands runs exact expected output.
