Installing CodeReady Workspaces from tech-preview channel don't show metrics in Prometheus

      # Prometheus doesn't display metrics when using the `tech-preview` Operator channel

      After deploying the {prod-short} Operator form the `tech-preview` Operator channel in the default namespace and creating a `CheCluster` Custom Resource in the default namespace, the OpenShift Prometheus UI doesn't display the metrics.

      .Workaround

      * Use the `latest` Operator channel.

      After deploying CodeReady Workspaces in openshift-operators namespace and create a checluster in openshift-workspace namespace is not possible to consult the metrics in Openshift Prometheus UI.

      At the same time CRW 2.12.0.RC-10-04 from "latest" operator channel shows metrics.
