I started up devsandbox CRW 2.11.0.

Chose the vertx booster devfile.

It loaded. It then prompted me to install missing plugins.

I said Yes.

Then I said restart:

I closed both the Preview README.md and Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces tabs.

Suddenly, I had this while reloading:

Once the workspace was done reloading, it fixed itself.

But that intermediate state was less than ideal from a UX perspective.
