Allow choice in database for CRW. First option: MariaDB

      Please allow a choice of databases with CodeReady Workspaces.

      Postgres is not ideal in all situations, i.e. on Azure it would require AZDisks (posix requirements). This makes Postgres undesirable in this situation.

      We ask that at least MariaDB be provided as well.
