We should improve osde2e golang tests with the following features:

  1. Obtain the devfiles samples from devfile registry instead of having one hardcoded in tests. Currently hardcoded devfile: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/codeready-workspaces/crw-osde2e/-/blob/master/samples/workspaces/workspace_java_maven.json
  2. Ping the go_modules to latest che-operator dependency
