As of CRW-2106, it appears that the kamel binary is embedded in the vscode extension, so there's no longer a need to build it separately and include that binary in the plugin-kubernetes container.

NOTE: before making any changes, need to confirm with apupier@redhat.com that the bundled kamel is multiarch, as there's a chance that the upstream vscode extension only embeds a single arch, not x, Z, and P.
